Empowering Women in Motorsport: The 2025 Porsche Mobil 1 Female Driver Program North America

In 2025, Porsche Motorsport North America (PMNA), in collaboration with Mobil 1, continues to champion diversity and inclusion in motorsports through the Porsche Mobil 1 Female Driver Program North America. Launched in 2023, this initiative aims to support and promote female talent within the competitive realms of the Porsche Carrera Cup North America and Porsche Sprint Challenge North America.

2025 Female Driver Program North America

The Porsche Mobil 1 Female Driver Program North America is designed to provide aspiring female racers with the necessary resources and opportunities to excel in motorsports. Key components of the program include:

•  Financial Support: Covering 50% of the season entry fees for each participating female driver, reducing financial barriers to entry.

• Performance Incentives: Awarding complimentary sets of Yokohama tires to the top-finishing female driver at each round, encouraging competitive performance.

• Training and Education: Offering specialized workshops led by industry professionals, including former Porsche Factory Driver Patrick Long, focusing on fitness, nutrition, mental preparation, media training, and sponsorship strategies.

• Recognition and Branding: Enhancing the profiles of participants through official program affiliation, increasing their visibility within the motorsports community.
